Since we have recently moved to St. Petersburg, FL, we are closely monitoring Hurricane Idalia. Right now we are expecting a Category 3 hurricane to hit us on Tuesday (8/29/23) or Wednesday (8/30/23). During this time, Customer Service will be slim as we are taking precautions to stay safe.&#xA0; We plan to be back in the office on Thursday if everything is safe and we can get to our office. We will keep you updated as much as we can! If you have current pending customer service request, we are trying to get to all of them while preparing for the storm. You may not hear from us for a few days and we apologize but thank you for your patience. Our number 1 goal is safety during this storm. We are helping others in our office building as well with their homes and office too. Info to consider:&#xA0;<ul><li>We currently live right on the Tampa Bay (literally 3 blocks away)</li><li>Our office is 4 blocks away from the Tampa Bay</li><li>The city is expecting this area to flood to potentially 4-6 feet if the storm keeps the trajectory it is on. If it curves more towards us, probably more.</li><li>We are asking for patience and understanding as we and many many others navigate this time.</li></ul>
